Furnished quarters (two officers per room) are provided in Cleveland Hall at no cost to the officer. Furnishings include beds, desks, chairs, linens, towels, telephone (calling card use only), and alarm clock/radio. There is no internet access or dial-up networking access available from the rooms. If you own a personal computer other than a laptop, there will not be room to set it up. Two personal computers with internet access are available for use at all times in the NOAA Training Office in Furuseth Hall. Furnishings do not include televisions or other entertainment items.

There is a lounge area with television and a kitchenette in Cleveland Hall. The academy campus offers a wide range of recreational activities for the sports enthusiast. Fitness rooms, swimming pool, basketball, volleyball, and racquetball courts, and jogging track are available.

Quarters are shared with another officer of the same gender. The first officer arriving at Kings Point has his/her choice of bed. Storage space in the rooms is somewhat limited.

Meals are also provided at no cost. During the week, breakfast is provided in The Seafarer Café located on the ground floor of the residential facility. Lunch and dinner are provided at the rear of Cleveland Hall in the Executive Dining Room Monday through lunch on Friday. Dinner on Friday through Sunday will be provided in the main Academy mess hall, Delano Hall. Brunch is provided on the weekends in Delano Hall as well.
