The NOAA Corps Directives Index and chapters are in Adobe PDF format. If you do not have Adobe's Acrobat Reader 6.0, go to their web site to download the free software: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html.

Once Acrobat opens, use the left window to select the chapter you want to view. Click on the chapter name and the document will open. Some of the larger chapters are subdivided due to the file size.

If you use a screen reader, the adobe link also has a link to the download that converts the document to a readable format. This download is also available at: http://access.adobe.com/.
