Welcome to the Officer Records Branch! The branch services over 280 Active Duty officer
records in support of more than 10 boards each year and all personal actions involving the
Official Personnel File (OPF). Officer Records Branch currently is assisting in developing
a web-based system to facilitate eliminating the need for paper. Transformation efforts
nclude providing the capability to submit documents electronically.
Mission:
Provide high quality and timely support to all active duty NOAA Corps Officers to update and
maintain their Official Personnel Files (OPF's). Ensure the most current and highest quality
OPF's for all officers eligible for boards.
Requesting Corrections:
Please review your file very closely.
These are the same files that will be used by the promotion boards. If you find that there
is an error in your OPF please email the request to fix the error to the following address:
