Meet the 106th Basic Officer Training Class

BOTC 106 started August 12 and, during the week of August 16, visited Silver Spring. During this visit, they had the opportunity to meet with Vice Admiral Conrad C. Lautenbacher, Jr., U.S. Navy(Ret.), Under Secretary of Commerce for Oceans and Atmosphere.
