The 104th NOAA Corps Basic Officers Training Class (BOTC) began September 8, 2003, and graduation was held on December 10. BOTC is held at the United States Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, New York, and is taught by NOAA Corps officers, USMMA faculty, and teachers from other local institutions.

Ship Assignments have been posted - find out which ship the officers will be serving on for their first sea assignment.
