The 103rd NOAA Corps Basic Officers Training Class (BOTC)
began August 13, 2002, and is scheduled to end with graduation on November
13. BOTC is held at the United States Merchant Marine Academy in Kings
Point, New York, and is taught by NOAA Corps officers, USMMA faculty,
and teachers from other local institutions.

up to and are learning will be posted to the photo
gallery.
