The NOAA Corps is proud to present the 96th Basic Officer Training Class.
This is the first class in four years that will set out to continue the tradition
and pride of the NOAA Corps. This website offers a glimpse into the class
and the training they will endure over 12 weeks at the
United States Merchant Marine Academy
in Kings Point, New York.
This year, the BOTC is being trained specifically by the USMMA Continuing
Education staff. Each week, a different NOAA Corps counselor assists the
students and offers some insights into all aspects of the NOAA Corps.
